CTA Report Form Instructions

Reporting Procedures 

CTA Participants shall fill out the online CTA reporting form via nomanw.org prior to the reporting deadline. (See “Reporting Deadlines'' section). Location of the CTA reporting form will be shared to the participants at CTA meet and greet. Participants shall fill out responses based on their honest assessment of current status for each prerequisite and commitment. (See “Reporting Options” section). Answers may and should fluctuate at each reporting period. All reporting will remain confidential between NOMA NW and CTA participants. Each reporting deadline will serve as a data point for the overall 2-year CTA progress assessment. We encourage participants to submit feedback related to reporting after report submissions.

Reporting Deadlines

Cycle 1 (Year 1)

Bi-Annual Reporting Deadline (#1) 06/14/2021

Reference Point (1) - Each participating firm/organization will reflect internally and evaluate their current status of each prerequisite and commitment. NOMA NW will note status and verify. 

Bi-Annual Reporting Deadline (#2) 12/31/2021

Reference Point (2) - Participants will complete a revised report and update statuses based on the new reporting period. NOMA NW will note status and verify. Report (#2) will be compared to report (#1) to establish a trajectory for respective participants. Trajectory will be shared with each participant privately.

Cycle 2 (Year 2)

Bi-Annual Reporting Deadline (#3) 07/07/2022

Reference Point (3) - Participants will complete a revised report and update statuses based on the new reporting period. Report (#3) will be compared to report (#1) and (#2) expanding on each participant's trajectory. NOMA NW will note status and verify. Trajectory will be shared with each participant privately.

Bi-Annual Reporting Deadline (#4) 02/13/2023

Reference Point (4) - Participants will complete a revised report and update statuses based on the new reporting period. Report (#4) will be compared to report (#1 -3) expanding on each participant's trajectory. NOMA NW will note status and verify. Trajectory summary will be shared with each participant privately.
