NOMA|NW Student Scholarship

Mission Statement:

NOMA NW Scholarship was created to empower and attract diversity to the next generation of AEC professionals. The scholarship will help fund BIPOC students’ college education, providing networking with alumni, mentors, and scholars, and allowing a chance to share their story. NOMA NW is aware of the challenges BIPOC students face throughout their education; therefore, the scholarship is meant to alleviate some of these financial burdens: architecture studio supplies, healthy meals for a semester, and/or other expenses.

Scholarship Vision

“I was better off than most but I remember having to make the choice between studio supplies or dinner a couple of times. This scholarship is to prevent others from having to make similar choices.”
