Dana is currently pursuing his Master of Architecture (focus in sustainability, certificate in affordable housing) at the University of Washington where he expects to graduate in June 2024. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has been inspired by his Filipino-American heritage to pursue opportunities to advocate for underrepresented voices in higher education and the built environment. He has had the privilege of serving NOMAS UW as VP and President from 2020 to 2023, during which time their team built their active membership and organized several initiatives regarding DEI in the built environment, culminating in their successful attendance of the 2023 NOMA Conference in Portland. During his professional journey Dana hopes to continue to advocate for underrepresented voices through his work as an Architectural professional and through the advocacy of organizations like NOMA!
