Fundraising Chair

Role: The Fundraising Chair shall work under the Finance Committee Chair (Treasurer) and lead all events and initiatives aimed at raising funds for chapter operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead 1-2 fundraising events every year, this can include but is not limited to

• Volunteer Opportunities

• Art Auctions

• Architecture Tours

• Tournaments/Races

• Gala/Parties

• Explore opportunities for passive fundraising, including but not limited to

• Chapter Online Store

• Affiliate Marketing

• Donation Matching

• Lead annual sponsorship and scholarship drive efforts

Accountability:

• Shall report to the Finance Committee Chair (Treasurer) for the acceptability of all chapter fundraising events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excels in time management and organization to meet deadlines

• Excels in utilizing networks to garner support

• Ability to outline goals, set deadlines, and lead a team to success
