Open Board Member Positions

 

Marketing Director

Role: The Marketing Director shall oversee all Chapter marketing efforts, and carry out the duties and responsibilities prescribed in the Chapter Bylaws. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all marketing efforts and ensure that they are aligned with the mission, aims, and objectives of NOMA|nw

  • Create a quarterly Chapter marketing strategic plan to be presented to the Board 

  • Work closely with the Graphic Design Chair to create content for the NOMA NW website, social media platforms, newsletters, email campaigns, and Chapter marketing collateral  

  • Publish professional articles and/or op-editorials on the NOMA NW website, social media platforms, and email campaigns regarding chapter events/initiatives and member highlights.

Accountability:

  • Shall report to the Board of Directors for the acceptability of all Chapter marketing content and efforts. 

Qualifications:

  • Excels in communication and strategic marketing analysis to maximize outreach and ensure consistency in branding.

  • Excels in time management and organization to meet deadlines

  • Experience w/ branded marketing and strong visual representation skills

  • Proactively takes initiative and works well both independently and within a team

  • Preferred Software Experience

    • Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

    • Canva

    • Squarespace

    • Mailchimp
