  • Alyssa Mitchell

    AIA, NOMA

    Alyssa is a recently licensed Architect at Weber Thompson in Seattle, Washington. She has a passion for higher education, affordable housing, and cultural architecture that provides a meaningful impact on surrounding communities. Alyssa is currently working on a graduate student housing development for the University of Washington. Serving others and genuine engagement is a core tenant of her leadership philosophy. Alyssa is an active member of NOMA NW and AIA Seattle Diversity Roundtable.

  • Rio Namiki

    AIA, NOMA, LEED AP BD+C, Assoc. DBIA

    Rio is a recently licensed architect with 10 years of experience across civic, housing, commercial, hospitality, educational, and non-profit sectors, specializing in adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and community-centered design. She is passionate about creating sustainable spaces that foster a sense of community, with rootedness and experience at the core of her design approach. Her work with diverse communities, clients, and design review boards has primarily focused on socially and environmentally sensitive locations.

  • Nasreen Al-Tamimi

    AIA, NOMA

    Nasreen’s Architectural education in the UAE inspired her passion for user centered design and she aspired to play a role in designing the built environment to improve people’s lives. She was a co-founder of a not-for profit design association creating, running and exhibiting collaborative participatory design workshops giving the everyday Dubai resident an opportunity to voice their ideas about spaces in the city. Moving to the USA and witnessing homelessness in Las Vegas motivated her interest in affordable housing and low-income neighborhoods. She joined EW looking forward to working on community driven collaborative design projects for people who need it the most. If she isn’t working, or playing with the kids, she enjoys urban sketching, roller blading and traveling.

    Jasmine is a recently licensed architect at HEWITT where she works in the Transportation Architecture studio.
