Project Pipeline Volunteer Chair

Role: The Project Pipeline Volunteer Chair shall work under the Project Pipeline Chair and lead all efforts pertaining to the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers for the annual Project Pipeline Camp.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all efforts in recruiting volunteers for the Pipeline Camp through allied networks

• Curate and execute a thorough training regime for all volunteers, including but not limited to

• Dedicated in-person training day(s)

• A document outlining volunteer roles and expectations as it pertains to the curriculum.

• Ensure all volunteers have passed a background check to work with children

Accountability:

• Shall report to the Project Pipeline Chair for all coordination pertaining to the Project Pipeline Camp.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excels in time management and organization to meet deadlines

• Excels in utilizing networks to garner support

• Ability to outline goals, set deadlines, and lead a team to success
